Terms and Conditions

  1. Springfield Armory Velocity Rewards is open to officially employed sales personnel of valid firearms retailers. Only new gun sales qualify. Must be 21 years of age.
  2. All sales and redemption requests for a particular year must be submitted no later than January 31 of the following year in order to qualify.
  3. If your redemption request is incomplete, Springfield Armory will notify you via email or phone to explain the discrepancy.
  4. Springfield Armory Velocity Rewards is subject to all Federal, state, and local regulations. All free firearms must be sent to a current FFL holder. Certain firearms are not legal in all states. In such states this program will not be permitted. High capacity magazines will be shipped where legal. Firearms in areas where high capacity magazines cannot be shipped will ship with a legal capacity magazine. Please make sure your request complies with your local and state regulations.
  5. In accordance with federal law, an IRS Form 1099 will be issued to those participants who redeem item(s) valued at or over $2,000 during a year. In instances where more than one item is redeemed, the value of the items will be totaled for purposes of issuing the IRS Form 1099. Value of the free items will be decided by Springfield Armory's current price list at the time the redemption was requested.
  6. Four firearms per year (one firearm per quarter limit) and up to 10 accessory rewards per year can be redeemed per sales associate. Any unused points in a quarter will rollover to the next quarter, and any unused points in a year will rollover to the next year. The start and end dates of each quarter are as follows:
    1st quarter is January 1 – March 31
    2nd quarter is April 1 – June 30
    3rd quarter is July 1 – September 30
    4th quarter is October 1 – December 31

Springfield Armory reserves the right to amend or cancel the Velocity Rewards program at any time. Springfield Armory has the right to suspend or revoke participation in the Velocity Rewards program if the retailer or salesperson fails to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. This program is void where prohibited by law. The offers contained herein are only good in the United States.
